Dominican University Performing Arts Center is located just 10 miles west of Chicago's Loop. The center presents shows in two halls, Lund Auditorium (with less than 1,200 seats) and Martin Recital Hall (an intimate 180-seat setting); both are located in the Fine Arts Building at 7900 West Division Street in River Forest. Each venue offers superb acoustics, ideal sight lines and ample, free parking.

Restrictions On Use *No food or drink is permitted in the theatre. *Rosin use is only allowed with the Marley Floor in place, and Rosin must be used in Rosin boxes only (facility staff can provide boxes on either side of stage). *All technical needs must be reviewed by the Technical Director. *Percussive foot wear requires review, but a Masonite Flooring may be put into place to accommodate most needs. **All catering must be contracted through Chartwells Catering at Dominican University.

Hours Of Operation Call for availability. The spaces are in used extensively through the school year. More flexibility in summer, and single dates. Small (50–100 people) events/rehearsal maybe accommodated during the week, depending on needs/time of year.
Rental Policy A tour is required for all perspective renters to review needs, and the space. Please bring the organizations mission statement, and event description to the meeting. After reviewing dates, touring the space, and evaluating event needs a quote is sent via email.
Cancellation Policy Varies per contract.
Open to last minute space requests. -
