How To Book -
Hours Of Operation No restrictions on time of day. Daily rentals are based on an eight (8) hour day with a performance run time of 3 hours or less. No restrictions on Load-In time, sound check time, or rehearsal time except as it might affect an event previously booked in the day before or the day after.
Rental Policy The Paramount Arts Centre presents performances as well as rent its facilities; therfore, availbility of dates are subject to approval by the executive director. FIRST HOLDS will be accepted for a period of ten (10) days. Geneal Liability Insurance is needed before access to the facility will be permitted. All facility rental fees and estimated expenses are to be paid in advance, unless an approved credit application is on file. Some seats are to be held as trouble seats for the House Mgr, Doctor In The House Program, House seats for Executive Director and Board of Directors. Paramount Arts personnel will be employed at all events, and the number of stage crew, ushers, security, etc will be determined by the Paramount Arts Centre.
Cancellation Policy All deposits received are NON-REFUNDALBE, with the exception of ACTS OF GOD. Contracted facility rental fees are due in full if event is cancelled within ninety (90) days of the contract performance/event date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
