Our 1,000 square foot studio is ideal for your next creative event! Located on the street level just steps from the Southport Corridor in the Lakeview neighborhood, the studio has a modern, yet artistic aesthetic. The tall ceilings, exposed brick wall, and natural light are a great backdrop for your next event. We are a BYOB venue that comfortably seats 30 at tables and 50 standing.

The space is perfect for a variety of events: workshops, photo shoots, filmings, pop-up shops, parties, offsite meetings, interviews, screenings, art galleries, bridal and baby showers, and any other meeting or creative celebration you can dream up. We do not have any catering restrictions.

Restrictions On Use In addition to accepting our damage policy, client agrees to: 1a) NOT sell alcohol to guests (must be bundled with a ticket) as we do NOT have a liquor sale license; 1b) NOT give alcohol to minors; 1c) NOT take open alcohol outside onto city property; 2) NOT bring in outside sound systems or DJs + keep overall noise/music at an appropriate level for residential neighbors upstairs; 3) NOT exceed 50 guests at any time; 4a) NOT move large furniture without first receiving permission + return all moved items, 4b) MUST use time allowed within your rental period to set up and clean-up. Guests are welcome to decorate the space for their event. All decorations must be removed by the end of your event. 5) Leave kitchen in same order in which it was found; 6) Clean up after any pets in the space. Any damages incurred by pets in the space will be at client's expense; 7) Leave trash bags & recycling in designated areas + flatten cardboard boxes before wrapping up, 8) On-site supervisor will be provided and on-site for all events to provide access and lock-up after rentals.

Hours Of Operation Sunday - Thursday 7am-10pm Friday - Saturday 7am - 11pm Availability is subject to change due to our events calendar.
Rental Policy In reserving the space, the client accepts responsibility for the actions of themselves and guests during time spent at our space. In the event that damage does occur, the client will be billed accordingly after the event. Non-refundable deposit ($200) is required to secure your rental. This can be paid online with credit or debit card. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event and can be paid in person with credit, debit, or check.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 2 weeks or more in advance can apply their deposit to a future event date. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited and another deposit must be paid for another event date.
